3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted logistics providers, including YunExpress, Yanwen, and China Post.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships and will show updates from both international and local carriers.
4. Address Changes & Cancellations

Once your order is shipped or after the 24-hour window, address changes are no longer possible.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items.

Marked Delivered but Not Received: Wait 24 hours, check with neighbors or household members, and contact your local carrier. If still missing, contact us for help filing a claim.
8. Customs Duties & Taxes

Orders to Canada, the UK, and Australia may incur import duties, taxes, or fees determined by your local customs office.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

9. Remote Area Deliveries

Deliveries to rural or remote locations may take an additional 3–5 business days.

10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we may:
